Wasn't expecting that!

Wow! Umm okay not quite what I expected.

The story starts out kinda dark with Mara getting kidnapped by the big bad Alpha of the Vengeance pack. Soon however twists, turns, lies, secrets, lust, and love come to join the fun.

I'm not going​ to say much so no spoilers from me this time. I will say this Mara does find her Mate but she has to survive her new situation before she has any chance of enjoying her new found Mate.

Story flowed well I characters developed and I would recommend this to romance readers​ who like a little unfolding tale with a main couple and plenty of other characters.

Holly cow I didn't see that one coming. This was
one hell of a book. It is so well-written and so
many twist to keep you on the edge of your seat.
So read for the next book.

This book is Mara's story and Kaden's. This story
is one that takes the saying "don't judge a book

by its cover". The worst kind of danger can come
from the least expected and friendliest of people.
I started hating Kaden for what he has done, but
when you find out why. You will be surprised when
you find out he is not at all as he seems. And the
big bad is not who you will ever suspect. I so
wanted to kill the sadistic ass. But in the end let’s
hope it all works out.

Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here.
I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did. If
you do like this book, please consider leaving
a review. The Authors really like it when you do;
they value your opinions too

OMG! This book is a FANTASTIC Read. I am so happy for the author Midika Crane she recommended this book to me and I absolutely enjoyed reading it. WOW It's such a surprising, impressive, exciting and awesome story. It's the first book in this FANTASTIC Box Set with a great plot that has awesome characters. This is Mara and Kaden story. Mara is a part of the Purity Pack who are afraid of the Vengeance Pack but not precisely the Vengeance Pack, but their Alpha. Alpha Kaden is Alpha of the Vengeance Pack and He is feared throughout all 13 packs for his reputation of stealing young women out of their beds. What a great paranormal romance it's full of surprises and intrigue. If you enjoy reading a FANTASTIC, fast-paced, romantic, suspenseful, passionate and full of heart story then you will enjoy this book! There are a few twists in this story that I didn't see coming, but Alpha Kaden is definitely a great story to read and once you start reading this story you won't stop reading these amazing characters. It's a exciting and captivating from the first paragraph to the last word. Midika Crane does not disappoint, she keeps you on the edge of your seat with her talent and beautiful writing, what a intense, scorching hot and fantastic plot. It's just so good and such fun, I have to read each book as it comes out. Necessity for any clinician

A needed resource for any clinician to have in their library. I am astounded how many clinicians do not realize that this book even exists. Individuals with intellectual disabilities have different criteria for Mental Health diagnoses, something the DSM-IV does not include. If you diagnose, or work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in Mental Health, this is a must have.

About the Author
Anthony Grey became a foreign correspondent with Reuters after beginning his career in journalism in Norfolk, England, where he was born and educated. I was a little bit disappointed in Tokyo Bay

Having recently read Saigon by this author, I was eager to read Tokyo Bay. I was a little bit disappointed in Tokyo Bay. The characters didn't seem to be developed as well as in Saigon and the ending sort of left me hanging - a sequel in the works perhaps? The editing in Tokyo Bay is not as good as in Saigon. Syntax errors and missing words detract from the readability of Tokyo Bay. But, with that said, it is a good read.

After reading Saigon, I was so impressed with this author that I looked forward to reading more of his books. However Tokyo Bay was a real disappointment. A really silly plot with unbelievable characters, unfortunately I gave up after the first couple of hundred pages. My husband read the whole book and told me not to bother wasting my time by continuing.

A plodder that then leaves serious plot lines unresolved

I rarely write reviews and even more so bad ones. But don't waste your time on this one. I had high hopes at the start, but the plot went in some unbelievable directions and then left several major plot lines and character issues completely unresolved at the end. At the end I viewed it as a waste of my time.

Continued revelation, continued inspiration....

This is by far, the best devotional I have ever read.... I've grown so much this year from these readings which "happen" to be so timely... Jon has a gift for getting down to the nitty gritty to the A of the OIA (observation, interpretation, application) that most often is missing in many commentatries.... This book goes through the new testament in order in a year... He pulls out the gold nuggets and the readings are so awesome and so INSPIRED that I read them twice! Cost/Value is unbelievable for what you're getting. A private tutor to mentor you for a year, or as many times you want to read this book. Listen, this is coming from someone who does not enjoy reading and really has a somewhat negative view of the concept of devotionals just to qualify this review. The only other devotional comprable is A TABLE IN THE WILDERNESS by Watchman Nee... I read that two years in a row. I've read MY UTMOST FOR HIS HIGHEST and others, and I'm telling you that there will be no buyers remorse on this one. In fact, I'm giving it away as Christmas presents this year. What I love about Jon Courson is that he's just so down to earth and uses such great analogies that I truly "get" what it is he's trying to convey. He simplifies things. This devotional is packed with powerful yet brief messages for the new believer or the well seasoned.

It's also the perfect gift for those who believe, but perhaps aren't really walking with the Lord as it's not "preachy"...and yet it has messages of truth.

A good way to start learning Spanish

Reading is not a bad way to learn a romance language like Spanish. You can start by reading this book. Then you can hammer down what you've learned and build your vocabulary by reading Spanish-language books. (Amazon has numerous dual-language Spanish/English books.) Then you can go to Mexico to get practice speaking and listening.
The authors give thoughtful advice about how to use this book. Included in that advice is the recomendation that you spend eighty to one-hundred twenty hours mastering its contents. This advice proved useful to me. I was growing frustrated at one point. Then I reviewed my log of hours spent learning, and I discovered I was going way too fast. So I slowed down, reviewed carefully, and then I proceeded at a more realistic pace.
One thing. On page 109 there are two columns labeled "Indirect object" and "Direct object". These labels are reversed. You'd be able to figure that out on your own, but now you don't have to. (You're welcome.)
As a companion to this text, I used "Practice Makes Perfect: Spanish Verb Tenses." Sometimes I needed a different perpective to understand a particular grammatical point. These two books articulate well. One gives you thoughtful, sophisticated readings and invites you to translate them into English; the other gives you English passages and invites you to translate them into Spanish. Practice makes Perfect goes into more detail on what it covers, but Spanish for Reading covers all the fundamental parts of speach, not just verbs (although of course verbs are eighty to eighty-five percent of learing Spanish).
For your eighty-to-one-hundred-twenty hours you get all the fundamental parts of speach for Spanish, plus about two thousand vocabulary words. The book contains numerous useful and interesting exercises. With the aid of a dictionary, you will be able to read right away after learning this book. When you have built up your vocabulary, you can throw away the dictionary.

Pass your grad school language exam

This is a beautifully structured book for teaching yourself to read Spanish (not to write or speak it). I'd taken some Spanish in high school and a semester in college--fifteen years ago--and I needed to prepare for a language exam required by my doctoral program. A friend lent me his collection of books, CDs, and flash cards for learning Spanish but said that this book was the main thing I needed. It's all I really used (plus I did a few practice translations from books in my field), and I passed my exam. Now I've borrowed a copy of "French for Reading," also co-authored by Karl Sandberg, to prepare for my French exam.
